Add Members to Workspace

The person who starts the subscription or trial is automatically assigned Admin access for the Workspace. This person can manage license and seat allocation, and his/her Microsoft account also defines the default domain for the workspace.

To add members, go to the Setting page and use the Add New User button in the Workspace section.

Each user entry shows:

  • Email

  • User Type: either User or Admin

  • Invited status (if pending) - Only shown for new members whose Microsoft account is from a different domain.

  • Assigned Pro License and/or Teams License

After editing user settings, make sure to click Update Licenses to apply the changes. 

A user with a Teams license will have access to all Flow Studio Pro features, plus team-level monitoring capabilities.

You can also assign someone Admin permission without a Teams license—this allows them to manage license and seat assignments, and they will still have access to the free version of Flow Studio (basic flow data), but not to any Pro or Teams features.

Ground rules:

  • Licenses can only be reallocated once every 30 days
  • If the invited email address is from a different domain, the user must accept the invitation before being added to the workspace
