# Select Flows to Monitor

With the FlowStudio for Teams standard plan, you can monitor up to 20 flows across unlimited environments. 

💡 Need to monitor more than 20 flows?  
You can add extra flow capacity by upgrading your plan. [Contact support](mailto:support@flowstudio.app) to add more monitored flows.

To select flows for monitoring:

1. Go to the [Flows](http://flowstudio.app/flows) page.
2. Click **Multi-select** in the top menu.
3. Select the flows that you want to monitor using the checkboxes
4. Click **Monitor Flow** in the top menu.
5. In the confirmation dialog, click **Yes** to begin monitoring the selected flows.

✅ **Tip:** You can un-monitor flows later by repeating the same steps.
