昨天我在 Reddit 的 r/PowerAutomate 看到一篇貼文。

是一個一人公司的老闆發的。他手上同時有 50 個案子在跑，用 Mac、工作大部分都在手機上完成，已經被行政瑣事壓得喘不過氣。他說他試過 Power Automate 一次，覺得那個介面「難用到爆」，最後花錢買了一個叫 relay.app 的第三方工具，才勉強把其中一個自動化生出來。

他真正想問的是：到底該不該咬牙把 Power Automate 跟 SharePoint 整套學起來？還是認命再加訂一個工具，接受自己每個月要付八份訂閱的現實？

我的回答是：不要學。

**先講清楚：**我會去回那篇貼文，是因為我在做 [FlowStudio MCP](https://mcp.flowstudio.app?utm_source=hubspot&utm_medium=content&utm_campaign=blog-stop-learning-zh)，這是一個剛好適合這個情境的 Power Automate MCP server。所以我講的話你自己斟酌就好，我不是中立第三方。不過接下來講的這些，是我真的會講給一個處境類似的朋友聽的話，不是銷售話術。

## 為什麼我說不要學

Power Automate 是個很棒的產品，真的。你如果是個每天都在用它的開發者，花時間學絕對划得來。但一個人經營的小生意不是這個情境。這筆帳完全算不通。

要學到能自己開發出五種不同的流程的程度，Power Automate 保守估計要 40 個小時以上的投入。40 個小時是什麼概念？是一個自己顧自己生意的人完全擠不出來的時間。如果他真的有 40 個小時可以花，一開始也不會跑到 Reddit 去發這個問題。

而且這個原 po 其實已經試過硬學那條路了。他連一個最基本的 Outlook 排程 flow 都做不出來，最後還是花錢買第三方工具。這就是那種典型的情況：你手上的問題其實非常適合低代碼解，但偏偏撞在了學習曲線那面牆上。而那面牆，本來就是低代碼要幫你拆掉的，結果變成你要自己爬過去。

對一個一肩扛起實際營收壓力的單人老闆來說，現在有一條以前不存在的路可以走。

## 2026的做法：把 Microsoft 365 的鑰匙交給 AI agent

與其自己花時間學 Power Automate，不如雇一個 AI agent 幫你學。

實際上就是：你訂一個 Claude 或 GitHub Copilot，把你 Microsoft tenant 的存取權透過兩套互補的捷徑交給 agent，然後它就會幫你建構、部署、除錯、維護你需要的那些自動化。你用中文或英文講你要什麼，Microsoft 那邊的細節它自己處理。

這個做法有兩條路徑，你兩條都會用到。它們各自管 Microsoft 生態系裡不同的部分，互相補位：

- **捷徑 1：FlowStudio MCP** 讓 agent 能看到 Power Automate 的 action 層級資料：cloud flow、執行歷程、部署操作、trigger、每個 action 的輸入輸出。註冊安裝簡單 - Agent 只會用到 FlowStudio MCP dashboard 上的 API key，完全不會碰到你 Microsoft 帳號的密碼。
- **捷徑 2：Azure CLI + app registration + service principal** 讓 agent 能碰 Microsoft stack 的其他所有東西：SharePoint、Microsoft Graph（Outlook、Teams）、Microsoft Forms、OneDrive，還有 Azure 上面的資源像 Static Web Apps 或 SQL。你裝一次 Azure CLI、自己登入一次，然後讓 agent 幫自己建一個有 scope 的 service principal。之後所有非 Power Automate 的工作，agent 都是用這個 service principal 的 client ID 跟 secret 在處理。

捷徑 1 管排程跟事件觸發的自動化。捷徑 2 管一次性的資料設定、schema 變更，還有 Power Automate 以外的一切。

## 整套設定從頭到尾（大約 30 分鐘，不用寫 code）

### 捷徑 1：FlowStudio MCP 給 Power Automate 用

1. **選一個 AI agent。**我自己是用 Claude Opus。 可以用 Claude或者訂閱 GitHub Copilot Pro，可以選不同的 LLM 模型，包含Claude。我自己是兩個都訂，然後在 VS Code 裡面同時用 Claude Code 跟 GitHub Copilot，但你用 Claude CLI 或 Claude 桌面版也一樣可以。
2. **註冊 FlowStudio MCP，拿到 API key。**打開 [mcp.flowstudio.app](https://mcp.flowstudio.app?utm_source=hubspot&utm_medium=content&utm_campaign=blog-stop-learning-zh)，註冊 Starter 方案（100 次 evaluation call、21 天試用、不用信用卡），把 Power Platform 權限連起來，然後從 dashboard 把 API key 複製出來。
3. **把 FlowStudio MCP 設定到你的 agent 裡面。**把 agent 指向 `https://mcp.flowstudio.app/mcp` 這個 MCP server，把 API key 放進 authorization header 裡面。Claude 跟 GitHub Copilot 都有各自的 MCP 設定檔，FlowStudio MCP 的文件有兩邊的語法，詳細步驟看 [learn.flowstudio.app/mcp-getting-started](https://learn.flowstudio.app/mcp-getting-started?hsLang=zh-hant)。五分鐘搞定，不用寫 code。

設定完之後，你的 agent 就可以呼叫 FlowStudio MCP 提供的大約 15 個 live 工具：`list_live_environments`、`list_live_flows`、`get_live_flow`、`get_live_flow_runs`、`get_live_flow_run_action_outputs`、`update_live_flow`、`trigger_live_flow等等`。

### 捷徑 2：Azure CLI + service principal 管其他所有東西

講步驟之前，先快速把三個名詞的差別講清楚，因為這三個東西很容易被混在一起，其實不是同一個東西：

- **Azure CLI（也就是 `az` 這個指令）**是你裝在自己電腦上的一個命令列工具。它不是一個身分，它就是一個工具。你可以用 user 身分去認證它，也可以用 service principal 身分去認證它。
- **App registration**是在 Microsoft Entra ID（以前叫 Azure Active Directory）裡面的一個全域應用程式識別。你可以把它想成一張藍圖：它代表你這個 AI agent 作為「應用程式」在 Microsoft 身分系統裡面的身分。這個不要自己手動建，等下讓 agent 幫你建。
- **Service principal**是那個 app registration 在你的 tenant 裡面的實際實例。它才是真正拿著角色權限、能對 Azure 跟 Microsoft 365 的資源做事情的角色。

你在 tenant 裡建一個 app registration，對應的 service principal 會自動一起被建起來。Azure CLI 有一個指令一次就把兩個一起建出來，所以網路上常常會看到「建 service principal」跟「建 app registration」被當成同一件事在講。

1. **裝 Azure CLI。**從 [微軟的安裝文件](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/install-azure-cli)那邊抓，Windows、Mac、Linux 都可以，最方便的是在VS Code裡叫Agent幫你裝。
2. **用你自己的身分登入。**在 terminal 裡面跑 `az login`，會跳一個瀏覽器出來讓你互動式登入。這一步你本人要做一次，因為你是擁有這個 tenant 的人。
3. **讓 agent 幫你建 app registration。**用自然語言跟 agent 說：「幫我建一個 app registration」。順便告訴它你要讓這個 agent 碰哪些 Microsoft 服務（SharePoint、Forms 之類的），它就能把 scope 設對。如果 agent 反問你「你的 tenant ID 是什麼」或「這個資源我需要」這種問題，提醒它一下：你已經給它 Azure CLI 的權限了，它自己查得出來。建好之後，agent 也可以用你的身分去授權它需要的那些 API 權限。
4. **讓 agent 幫這個 app registration 產生憑證。**透過 Azure CLI，agent 可以幫你產生一個 client secret 跟記下內容。但這個 secret 只會出現一次，請 agent 馬上把它存到自己的環境變數裡面（具體方法看你用哪個 agent，每個 AI CLI 都有辦法把環境變數存下來）。

到這邊為止，agent 手上有兩套工具：FlowStudio MCP 管 Power Automate（透過 MCP 的 API key），Azure CLI 管其他一切（透過 service principal 的憑證）。你用自然語言描述任務，agent 基本上會自己挑對的路徑走。

## 拿一個 50 個案子的小公司實際跑看看，會長什麼樣

原 po 列了五件他想自動化的事情。底下這張表把每一件事對應到 agent 的處理方式，還有會走哪條捷徑：

| 你想做的事 | Agent 怎麼處理 | 路徑 |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **新案子 intake。**每個新案子用 template 生三份文件，其中一份寄給客戶。 | Agent 建一個 Power Automate flow，trigger 是案子清單有新資料進來，用 Word Online 把 DOCX template 填好，透過 Outlook 寄給客戶。這個 flow 它只要寫一次，你之後就一直用下去。 | 捷徑 1（FlowStudio MCP） |
| **季度報告。**每季最後一天要幫 50 個案子各填一份 template。 | 排程式的 Power Automate flow，每季指定日期觸發，跑遍整個案子清單，每個案子填一份 template，填完丟到 SharePoint 資料夾。本來要花一整天的事情，變成按一下按鈕，或者完全不用按，它自己排程跑。 | 捷徑 1（FlowStudio MCP） |
| **一個關聯式資料庫。**要有地方存案子、客戶、截止日期。 | Agent 用 Microsoft Graph（透過 service principal）照你描述的 schema 建一個 SharePoint list，把你的 Airtable CSV 一次匯進去，之後的持續寫入用 Power Automate flow 維護。 | 捷徑 1 + 2 |
| **排里程碑。**排案子完成日期時，自動建幾個截止日前的行事曆事件。 | Agent 幫你建 Outlook Calendar flow。它在試錯的時候可以透過 `get_live_flow_run_action_outputs` 看到完整的 API 輸出，所以它能抓到那些讓你一直卡住做不出來的 edge case。你如果還想留 relay.app 做對照組，agent 也可以透過 relay.app 的 API 跟它對話。 | 捷徑 1（FlowStudio MCP） |
| **把客戶 email 存起來。**把客戶寄來的信存到對應客戶的 SharePoint 記錄裡面。 | 兩種做法。簡單版：用 Power Automate 的 Outlook trigger 加一個 SharePoint 動作，把 email 存成一筆 list 資料。進階版：agent 直接呼叫 Microsoft Graph，按寄件者過濾信件、把關鍵欄位 parse 出來，透過 service principal 寫進 SharePoint list。 | 捷徑 1 或捷徑 2 |

產品框架其實都是同一套東西。差別只在於你是自己用一個你根本不存在的週末去建，還是你用自然語言描述你要什麼，然後 agent 在 20 分鐘裡面幫你生出來。

## 真正重點在哪裡

 一人創業的生意，不是靠「學更多工具」來擴展的。是靠「把工具的存取權交給 agent」來擴展。你手上的時間並不會變多，但如果你把一個 AI agent 跟對的 MCP server、對的 service principal 憑證配起來，你能做的事情會變多好幾倍。這個才是真正的放大效應。

而且這個模式不只適用於 Microsoft。同樣的做法放到 Stripe（接一個 Stripe MCP server，把 API key 給 agent）、GitHub（給 agent 一個 fine-grained personal access token）、任何有 API 的服務都可以用。Model Context Protocol 是讓這個做法可以套到不同服務上的一層協議，透過 service principal 或 scope 過的 token 直接存取 API 是另一層。我們會做 FlowStudio MCP，是因為 Power Automate 剛好就是那個「理論上 agent 可以控制，但實際上要穩定控制它卻難得要命」差距最大的地方。但這個模式本身不是 FlowStudio 專屬的，任何 custom MCP server 走的都是同樣的路。

講到最後，對一人公司的你來說，結論就是：你不用變成 Power Automate 的開發者，也不用變成 Azure 的管理員。你要變成的是「會把 agent 跟對的憑證配起來，然後用自然語言把想要的東西講清楚」的那種人。

## 幾個提醒

1. **有些一次性的手動步驟是跳不掉的。**FlowStudio MCP 的註冊要走網頁。Azure service principal 那邊要你自己跑一次 `az login`。還有一個比較容易被忽略的是：**agent 沒辦法幫你建 Power Automate 的 connection**。微軟沒有把 connector 的 OAuth 授權流程開給程式端去跑，所以每一種你想讓 flow 用到的 connection（SharePoint、Outlook、Teams 等等），你都得自己到 Power Automate 的網頁上面建一次。好消息是這個只要建一次就夠了：connection 建好之後，agent 之後做的每一個 flow 都可以直接引用它。這幾個步驟都不長，但 agent 沒辦法幫你點擊。
2. **有些只在 UI 裡才能做的事情還沒有 API。**Agent 沒辦法在 Power Automate 的設計介面裡面拖拉方塊。它可以用 `update_live_flow` 以程式碼的方式建出一個結果一樣的 flow，除非你真的很想看那個視覺化的 flow 圖，不然你根本不需要打開設計介面。一個人做生意的 95% 的情境，你都不用打開。
3. **Service principal 的 scope 要設小一點。**Agent 預設大概會幫你建一個權限範圍涵蓋整個 subscription 的 service principal。對一個只有一個 subscription 的個人老闆來說沒什麼問題。但如果你以後有好幾個 subscription，或者開始處理客戶資料，請叫 agent 把 scope 縮到特定的 resource group，或者改用更細的 Graph API 權限。Entra ID 的後台可以隨時撤銷 app registration，重建一個更緊縮的版本。

## 自己動手試看看

如果你想在真的投入之前先試一下這個做法：

4. （想要更廣的存取權的話）裝 Azure CLI、跑 `az login`，然後叫 agent 幫你建一個 scope 過的 service principal，後面的 Microsoft 365 跟 Azure 工作交給它。
5. 從你清單上最小的那一件自動化任務開始，就是那件讓你頭痛最久的小事。直接用自然語言跟 agent 說你要什麼，看它生出什麼東西。

從「這件事應該要自動化」到「它真的被自動化了」，大概 30 分鐘。對一個說自己沒時間的人來說，這是我會推薦的時間成本。

小事情如果跑得通，就用同一個模式去做下一件。重點不是去學 Power Automate。重點是把 Power Automate 交給一個已經會用它的 agent，然後把你 Microsoft 365 這一整套的鑰匙都交給它，這樣你以後就不用再自己動手做任何東西了。
